All returns need an RMA number for acceptance. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if the part is unused and in its original packaging. Supplies, custom orders, and installed parts are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customers responsibility unless we made a mistake. Most orders ship the same or next business day via UPS or USPS. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship to all 50 United States and internationally. For more details see Partshere.com Shipping Information.
