All returns need an RMA number for acceptance. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if the part is unused and in its original packaging. Supplies, custom orders, and installed parts are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customers responsibility unless we made a mistake.
